TEC - Off and Running

We are off to a great start with the TEC program for the 2010-11 school year. We have a great group of techers this year and are very excited by the possibilities that lie ahead.

The first task will be to start blogging. We will use Blogger as our resource. Make sure you check out the support materials on Moodle and then get started. Have fun!

And so we begin...

Tomorrow is the first meeting of the new 2010-2011 TEC teachers. We will be busy deciding equipment orders and meeting times. One of the first 'tasks' for these teachers will be to create a blog and learn to use it over the summer.

One of our teachers who just finished the program, created a great blog at http://beyondrehearsal.wordpress.com/. His is a terrific example of what can be done from using a blog as a resource for educators.

As we get into the summer, these teachers will be given more tasks to complete using Web. 2.0 tools.
